Life & Wellness Coaching
Life coaching is for people who feel ready for real change—and want support turning insight into action.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by decisions, or craving more confidence and direction, life coaching offers a collaborative, forward-focused space to help you gain clarity and move ahead with purpose. Together, we identify what truly matters to you, uncover what’s holding you back, and build practical, realistic strategies that fit your life.

Unlike counselling, life coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health concerns. Instead, it’s a strengths-based partnership designed to support growth, accountability, and momentum—helping you move from “thinking about change” to living it.

Your Life Coach
Keely Nelson
I combine my love for helping people with real-world leadership and small-business experience to offer coaching that feels supportive, practical, and approachable. I began navigating the corporate ladder at a young age, which shaped how I understand pressure, growth, and responsibility.
I’m a Life Coach who creates a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about the hard things—without judgment or pressure. I’m currently completing my coaching training and gaining practice hours, and I bring a laid-back, approachable style that helps people feel comfortable being themselves.
My path to coaching is personal. I’m a wife, daughter, older sister, friend, and proud big cousin, and I’ve often been the support system for the people in my life. Through my own fertility challenges, I learned how to find peace in acceptance—an experience that deeply informs how I show up with compassion and care.
My coaching style is collaborative and reflective, blending thoughtful questions, gentle challenge, and practical next steps to support meaningful change. Outside of coaching, I love hosting people in my home, laughing, travelling, and cooking. Above all, my goal is to offer a safe, trusting space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward in ways that feel aligned and sustainable.
Hi! I'm Keely.

What to Expect
Step 1
We’ll begin with a brief, no-obligation consultation call designed to help us get to know each other. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation where you can share what’s been bringing you to coaching and what you’re hoping to change or work toward.

During this call, we’ll explore your goals, the kind of support you’re looking for, and how life coaching works. I’ll also walk you through my approach and what working together could look like, so you can get a feel for my style and ask any questions you may have.

This first step is simply about clarity and fit—no pressure, no commitment—just an opportunity to see whether coaching together feels aligned and supportive for you.

What to Expect
Step 2
Each coaching appointment is a 60-minute, one-on-one session grounded in a scientifically supported coaching process. Sessions are structured enough to create meaningful progress, while remaining flexible to meet you where you are.

We begin by focusing on what’s most top of mind for you in that moment. Together, we’ll explore your current situation, clarify what you’d ideally like to see change, and set a clear intention or goal for the session. Through thoughtful, reflective questions, we’ll identify what may be getting in the way and explore new perspectives, options, and practical steps forward.

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation that balances insight with action—helping you leave each session with greater clarity, increased self-awareness, and concrete next steps toward your goals.
